G2E Asia is the single busiest week of the year for many Asian-based gaming companies, but it is also one of the most enjoyable. Personally, I have always looked forward to that brief moment on the opening morning when I first walk through the doors and lay eyes on the many weird and wonderful new products gracing the Venetian Macao’s exhibition floor.

From the huge booths housing industry big guns like Scientific Games, Aristocrat and IGT to the many small suppliers and start-ups entering the G2E Asia fray for the very first time, there is no shortage of things to see and business to do.

There is also a palpable excitement in the air in 2017, with the whole industry seemingly piqued by Macau’s recent resurgence.

Rather than topics of discussion focusing on when the downturn will end, this year everyone is talking about an exciting new era in Macau and Vietnam and of course Japan. This is a time of opportunity – and what better place to find out who is ready to take that opportunity than G2E Asia.
